Dealing with this company was a delightful experience. Abhishek responded very professionally and quickly. He was very detailed in outlining the costs involved as well as the benefits and drawbacks of the product being sold. Installation of the security doors in Kalkallo went smoothly and without any issues, and it was completed in the time frame that was promised.

Had the pleasure of doing business with this company. Very prompt and professional response from Abishek, was very clear and thorough in explaining the pros and cons of the product being sold and cost associated with them. The security doors was installed in Donnybrook within promised timeframe and installation was smooth and hassle free.

Abhi was exceptional. He provided a wealth of knowledge to my wife and I on the available security door products.  He has a very polite, professional and respectful manner which my wife and I really appreciated.  After visiting a few more local companies we promptly contacted Abhi to arrange our security door and side light screens. The owner Tony provided excellent service; measuring, preparing and installing within 5 days! All of our Insect screens were also re-meshed.
Price was commensurate to the high quality of the product but was very reasonable.
We highly recommend TBT you won’t be disappointed.

Arvind from TBT was very easy to deal with ....gave ample of product details and explained how their products are different in quality from competitors yet at the same time wasn't pushy to purchase their product.

We walk in without an appointment and met the staff (Snow), she was very polite and had fantastic customer service abilities.
Even though she advised that she may not be of much help, she kept trying to get the relevant staff in contact with us for our queries side by side trying to respond to our questions, later Arry drive to our house and explained it thoroughly.
These stars are particularly for the customer service we receive from Snow (apologies if it is not the right way to spell it).
