Sheer Curtains have been around for many years and have come back in popularity in more recent times. S-Fold sheers create a stunning contemporary appearance to your window furnishings. They allow the maximum amount of natural lighting into your home whilst providing some privacy and creating a stunning softness and can add the illusion of height to a room. Sheer blinds will give your home a warm and inviting feeling with a sense of luxury.

S-Fold sheers are most appealing when manufactured in large sizes to suit a wall to wall, floor to ceiling or similar application. S-Fold Sheers are not ideal for small windows or short drops. They can be face fit or top fix into the ceiling, bulk head or pelmet. Although sheer fabrics are light weight, top fix applications should be hecked for good fixing points as plaster alone may not be strong enough. In these cases, we would recommend face fixing. S-Fold sheer will be supplied with weighted base when fabric manufactured with weighted hem, otherwise will come standard with 75mm double base hem. Where drop required exceeds maximum fabric drop, contact TBT for more information.

All S-Fold sheers will have 50mm tape at 110% fullness.

Operation:
S-Fold sheers can be made Centre Open, LH Stack or RH Stack. S-Fold sheers are hand traverse only.

Clear Flick stick(s) will be supplied with each S-Fold. S-Folds with a drop up to 2500mm will be supplied with 1250mm Flick Stick(s) and drops over 2500mm will be supplied with 1500mm.

Flick Stick(s), unless otherwise specified. Clear Flick Stick(s) are available in 750mm, 1000mm,1250mm and 1500mm.

Stack Size – the stack of an S-Fold sheer will be approximately 1/3 of the overall track width as a guide.

Warranty:
2 Years on Material and 6 months on components and 6 months on work.

Plantaion Shutters are available in basswood, fauxwood (PVC) and aluminium. They can be suited for any window and come in a range of colours.

Fauxwood (PVC) Shutters
Fauxwood Shutters are extruded using a Foamwood material and have
been developed to make shutters suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms and above kitchen sinks. Our Fauxwood is a solid product and uses the same painted and grained finishes as our Basswood Range. Aluminium reinforcement is used in the stiles to reduce weight and increase the strength of the shutters. Fauxwood shutters are termite and fire resistant. Whilst Fauxwood shutters are suitable for wet areas, they are not recommended for outdoor use. Please refer to the panel specifications section for panel sizes using Fauxwood.

Basswood Shutters
Basswood has become one of the most widely used materials for shutters in the global market. This is due to its resistance to warping, easy workability, durability, and its acceptance of a variety of finishes. The use of Basswood for musical instruments including guitars and piano soundboards, reinforce its properties as a stable and reliable timber. Basswood (tilia americana) is a member of the hardwood family, with all our Basswood being plantation grown. Basswood shutters are manufactured for indoors only and are not recommended for wet areas. Please refer to the panel specifications section in the Artex manual for panel sizes using Basswood.

Aluminium (Parkside)
Parkside Shutters are made using Commercial Grade Aluminium, powder coated to 60-65 microns in thickness.  The powder coat finish has been tested in an approved NATA test facility and has returned the result “HIGHLY RESISTANT TO CORROSION”.  All components installed or provided along with the shutters are tested for external use.

The ALFRESCO  FLEXITRACK EXTERNAL blinds have a wide range of fabrics from which to select the perfect accompaniment to your outdoor entertainment area. Their large colour selection range is also very exciting plus we are able to arrange for other coloured powder coated if your individual colours is not in our existing range.

Global Blinds (Selt) Sunbreaker system is a product that is made up of lightweight and durable blades made of extrudes aluminium there are 3 different blade selections (C115, C160, Z154) available, with the guides and components made of aluminium.

The Global Blinds (SELT) external venetian range (Z90 & C80) is also a very new and exciting product available to the customer that is looking for a privacy screen or just to keep the sun off the window furnishings. This exciting product is motorised with a Somfy motor.

Slidetrack (Ozroll) is also a quality product, which is manufactured by a South Australian manufacture/supplier and they have an amazing selection of fantastic and elegant material and colours available for our customers’ selection. Their components are made of aluminium and have a powder coated finish.

Alfresco blinds from Slidetrack features and benefits, are that 85%, 94% & 95% block out fabric with a wide range of colours and variety of design options. The blind is also fully restrained in the tracks with fantastic sun protection and shading with breeze control and importantly can preserve your privacy.
